Medakafest

Please save the date for Medaka Fest 2026! Established by @coastfishclub last year (2025) in partnership with @nolansaquariumco & @american_medaka_association, we are hosting this year's fest outdoors located at @seaside_aquatics in Anaheim, CA on 9/26/26, Saturday, 10-6 pm PST! We will also be showcasing more freshwater pond style fish like koi and goldfish, and we plan to host a medaka ricefish "Best in Show" contest with our judge and M.C. @haynfishkeeper, as well as Eric Triplett @theponddigger from MedakaFest and AquaSwap '25 and '26! Shawn McHenry of @mystickoi will also be joining us for the first time as a show judge and vendor!
